Spanish police have arrested a 42-year-old Moroccan who threatened to bomb both Madrid and Barcelona on behalf of Islamic State. He is also suspected of recruiting prison inmates to become jihadists.
The man was was read his right at the Segovia Prison north of Madrid where he is currently incarcerated.
