A motorcycle bomb killed at least three people in a Syrian town near the border with Turkey. Another 20 people were wounded in the attack.
According to the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the attack struck in the center of the town of Tel Abyad, where Kurdish forces drove out ISIS fighters in June.
It's believed that the attack targeted a Kurdish checkpoint.
