An Arab-Israeli from Shuafat was arrested earlier this week on suspicion of creating explosives and selling them to people around Hevron.
The suspect, who is about 60 years old, owned a garage that he used to put together pipe bombs. He is being charged with conspiracy to commit a crime as well as trafficking and producing military equipment.
He was ordered to remain in jail until Sunday.
