Former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has called on the governments of Saudi Arabia and Qatar "to stop their citizens from directly funding extremist organizations."
During a speech by the presidential hopeful, Clinton added that Turkey must " stop bombing Kurdish fighters in Syria who are battling ISIS, and become a full partner in our coalition efforts against ISIS," and that the Arab countries are "focused in other areas [instead of focusing on ISIS] because of their concerns in the region, especially the threat from Iran."
