Egypt and Russia have signed an agreement to build a nuclear power station in the city of a-Daba'a, in northwestern Egypt.
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi clarified that Egypt will continue to be bound to the International Non-Proliferation Agreement, and added that the station will be designed purely to provide power.
