MK Motti Yogev (Jewish Home) has called for sending the families of terrorists to a holding facility in the Negev as a deterrent measure.
"There are other means of deterrence - for example we could deport the families of murderers to the Judean Desert, which is legal and the creation of a facility like Holot, under the control of military police, with water and bread. It would be clear to every son that doesn't want such a thing to happen to his father, mother, sister and brother. I have no doubt that this would be a strong deterrent."
