Russian security services say that they will investigate a video clip that allegedly depicts ISIS threatening to carry out attacks in Russia.
"I don't know how authentic the video is, I don't know how reliable the its sources are, but there is no doubt that the material will be investigated by our security services," said a spokesperson for the Kremlin.
