Prosecutors have filed charges against Omar al-Farooq Abadiya for throwing a glass bottle at a tour guide in Jerusalem's Old City. The guide was wounded and had to be hospitalized following the attack.
Twenty-two-year-old Abadiya is a resident of Jabel Mukaber, in southern Jerusalem.
Abadiya is being charged with causing injury in aggravated circumstances and attempted grievous bodily harm with racist motives.
