Police have arrested two suspects in al-Atrash who were filmed beating a driver last night (Sunday).
The crime took place on Highway 31, near Hura Junction. Authorities say they have also identified the vehicle belonging to more people involved in the incident.
Police had previous encounters with the suspects and say that they expect to make further arrests.
