Sources within the Likud party quoted on Sunday morning in Israel Hayom denied a statement made by Yesh Atid MK Yair Lapid indicating that last week, members of his party were offered positions in the government in place of two Jewish Home ministers.
“No one turned to Lapid and no offer was made on behalf of the Prime Minister or someone representing him to the Yesh Atid party,” the sources said.
