The US says that recent Russian airstrikes in Syria have caused collateral damage against both civilians and infrastructure.
A spokesperson for the State Department claimed that they have information showing Russian planes striking a hospital, though he refused to elaborate on the point.
In addition, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights claims that the recent strikes have killed 600 people, a third of whom were non-combatants.
