The High Court is currently debating the demolition of homes belonging to the families of six terrorists responsible for fatal attacks.
State representative Attorney Avinoam Segal-Elad, explained that the demolition of terrorists’ homes has been proven to create a sense of intimidation against future attacks.
“I am not talking about studies, but rather about the professional opinions of defense sources. Demolishing homes leads to intimidation,” the attorney said.
