The High Court will debate on Thursday petitions filed by the families of terrorists and their neighbors against demolition decrees issued for the homes of six terrorists responsible for murdering Rabbi Eitam and Naama Henkin, Malachi Rosenfeld and Danny Gonen.
The State requested that the High Court reject the petitions, due to lack of legal grounds to get involved in such decisions.
