A joint information session was held in Gush Etzion tonight, involving the commander of the IDF's Etzion Brigade, the Gush Etzion council head, and representatives from the police and other bodies.
The purpose of the meeting was to come up with new and effective ways to protect the local population, in light of today's (Wednesday) stabbing attack.
By the end of the meeting, those present agreed to take a number of steps, including reinforcing security by the main road junction and creating additional infrastructure to improve the security.
