“The State of Israel is a beacon of scientific and technological development for large portions of the world,” Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely said on Tuesday.
Hotovely added that “World powers like India and Japan, as well as other countries in the east and all over the world view Israel as a breakthrough country when it comes to solving 21st Century problems.”
