Jerusalem: Police arrest armed Arabs about to carry out attack

Jerusalem police have arrested two Arab suspects who were carrying a knife and an axe near the center of the city. The two are residents of the a-Tur neighborhood in eastern Jerusalem, and are believed to have been intending to carry out a terror attack.
