Twelve members of Colombia's security forces were killed last night (Monday), and three others wounded, when they were caught in an ambush set by the National Liberation Army (ELN).
The security forces were guarding election ballots at the time of their killings. Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos, promised to get revenge on the attackers.
