US Secretary of State John Kerry has expressed his hope that a reduction in tensions will come as a result of his meeting with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Berlin.
"If parties want to try, and I believe they do, want to move to a de-escalation, there are a set of choices that are available," Kerry told reporters.
