Iranian President Hassan Rouhani sent a letter to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, in which he expressed his agreement for the conditions that the later placed on the international nuclear agreement.
Khamenei demanded that Rouhani not export the stockpile of enriched uranium or implement changes in the Arak heavy water reactor until the UN concludes its investigation into the military nature of the Islamic Republic's nuclear program.
