Charges were filed against two Arab youths from Taybeh, aged 13 and 14, for throwing rocks during a protest in their hometown.
The youths were charged with throwing rocks at vehicles, participating in riots, resisting arrest and disrupting a police officer. One of the youths was also charged with attacking a police officer under severe circumstances.
