US Secretary of State John Kerry said at the start of his meeting with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu in Berlin that one of the goals of the meeting is to find a way to renew diplomatic negotiations.
“The incitement and violence must stop. We must find a way to create the possibility, which currently does not exist, to renew the peace process. Today, we can act towards this. We know each other well, and during these talks, I believe we can succeed in finding the way,” Kerry said.
