US Secretary of State John Kerry is meeting Israel's Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu in Berlin on Thursday for talks as a flurry of diplomatic activity kicks off in a bid to halt spiraling violence between the Palestinian Arabs and the Israelis, AFP reports.
The meeting comes as another Israeli was wounded in a new knife attack in Beit Shemesh, the latest in a spate of violence that erupted on October 1 and which has sparked fears of a new Palestinian Arab intifada, or uprising.
