Police investigators have arrested four suspects over the attack against the Eritrean citizen in Be'er Sheva, which occurred during a terror attack earlier this week.
An official statement said that, police consulted with doctors and prosecutors before taking the four into custody. It added that there will probably be additional arrests to come.
