A US Navy pilot died today (Wednesday), after his F-18 crashed in England. No one else was aboard the plane at the time and no one on the ground was harmed.
The crash occurred near a Royal Air Force base in Redmere, Cambridgeshire. A local source told the BBC that the F-18 was returning from the Middle East to the US.
