The state Senate for the US state of Florida unanimously voted to remove the Confederate flag from the state seal.
Until now the seal has included a Confederate flag together with another four flags. In July, the Confederate flag was removed from the Capitol building in South Carolina, following a reportedly racist massacre in a church.
