The Pentagon confirmed on Monday that American military personnel broke using a tank into a hospital in Kunduz, Afghanistan, that was bombed last month, while causing further damage to the building and terrifying the staff.
The Pentagon spokesman explained that the military men believed that the building was empty and had acted in order to assess the state of the building.
