Jerusalem Preschools to Lock Gates by 9:00 AM

The heads of Jerusalem's preschools have been asked to lock their institutions' front gates by 9:00 a.m..

The city's preschools do not have regular security guards. The buildings' front gates are opened by ringing a bell or pressing a security code.
