Australian Minister for Immigration Peter Dutton says that his country is conducting talks with the Philippines to look into transferring asylum seekers illegally arriving in Australia.
Australia already has an agreement to place refugees in internment camps located in Cambodia, though only four refugees have agreed to do so.
