Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon (Likud) toured communities in Judea and Samaria today (Tuesday), following the recent terror attacks. While there he told local council heads that the government must do all it can to stop Arab terrorism, but that they should not overstate their concerns.
"We are in the midst of an extended wave of terror and incitement that fans further waves of terror and so we are taking steps to reduce this wave," said Ya'alon. "We know how to stop the terrorists before they carry out their attacks in most instances. The analysis of the attack against the Henkins was also carried out quickly. Due to the situation we are significantly increasing the nearby security forces in a manner that will clear the air."
