Research pair William Campbell of Ireland and Satoshi Omaru of Japan won on Monday the 2015 Nobel Prize in Medicine for their discoveries in the treatment of infections caused by intestinal parasites.
Researcher Youyou Tu of China also won the prestigious award for her development of a new treatment against malaria.
