A Palestinian Arab woman who was shot on Tuesday morning at an Israeli army checkpoint after trying to stab a soldier died of her wounds on Tuesday afternoon.
The death of the 18-year-old, who was identified as Hadeel al-Hashlamon, was confirmed to AFP by a spokeswoman for the Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem where she was taken.
