In advance of Yom Kippur, Magen David Adom (MDA) is on high alert. MDA stations throughout the country are fully staffed with medics and paramedics. On-call volunteers will attend prayer services with lifesaving medical equipment kits.
MDA requests that the public allow ambulances to travel without disruptions in the event of emergencies.
