Jordanian King Abdullah has called on the European Union to denounce what he calls "the violations in the al-Aqsa Mosque." By "violations," he refers to allowing Jews to pray at the holiest site in Judaism.
On Friday, thousands of people in Amman demonstrated against the clashes that have occurred on the Temple Mount. In addition, protesters outside of the Israeli embassy demanded that the Israeli ambassador be expelled.
