French Prime Minister Manuel Valls announced that his country will not sign a deal with the Assad regime in Syria.
“We will not do anything that will strengthen the regime of President Bashar Assad,” Valls said and added that “The opposite is true: we must promote his downfall. The man has committed crimes against humanity.”
