The New York Times was forced to apologize after publishing a table that insinuated that the opposition of Jewish legislators in US Congress to the Iranian nuclear deal is a direct result of their Jewishness and the size of the Jewish communities within their constituencies.
Margaret Sullivan, the woman in charge of the newspaper’s journalistic ethics, announced that in light of criticism, the paper removed the table that demonstrated whether the legislators were Jewish or not.
