ISIS Blows Up Ancient Tomb Towers in Syria

ISIS terrorists have blown up three ancient towers in the city of Palmyra. The towers were built between the years 44 and 103 CE, and served as tombs.

Syria's antiquities chief has confirmed the destruction. One of the towers, known as Elahbel, was four stories tall and included and underground floor.

ISIS considers the structures to be blasphemous.
