Bulgarian authorities have detained 39 Syrians who were trying to reach Serbia. They are listed as 20 men, 14 women, and five children.
"They do not have documents," said the local governor. "These These are people who have passed the primary interviews and procedures required for granting them refugee status."
Officials are trying to identify the people in the group.
