A former senior member of the US State Department has announced that he use his right to remain silent in order to avoid testifying against former Secretary Hillary Clinton.
Clinton is under investigation for both her conduct during the 2012 attack on the US embassy in Benghazi, Libya, and her use of her private e-mail address for official government correspondence.
