Minister Ofir Akunis said on Thursday morning in light of the approval of the Public Broadcast Law that the cancellation of the television tax is “A great achievement for consumerism.”
“Israel needs a strong, independent and efficient public broadcast system. This law furthers the establishment of an Israeli broadcasting corporation.”
