Russia’s Ambassador to the UN, Vitaly Churkin, said on Wednesday night that the Security Council will debate a proposal on the migrant crisis in Europe.
According to Churkin, the Security Council is expected to adopt the proposal this month and it will include the ability to inspect suspicious migrant ships.
