Breaking: Thailand Arrests Second Suspect in Bangkok Bomb

Thailand's Prime Minister says that police have arrested a second suspect in connection with last week's bombing in Bangkok.

The suspect is only described as a foreigner. Another foreigner was arrested on Saturday as well.
