A government initiative to stop Jews from attacking Palestinians has reportedly failed, Associated Press reports.
The program, known as "Hebrew Shepherd" involved a summer camp and classes to keep youths busy and out of trouble. However, many potential participants refused to take part due to rumors that the Israel Security Agency (ISA, also known as the Shabak or Shin Bet) was using the program to spy on Jews.
