Iranian President Hassan Rouhani made it clear that the nuclear deal his country signed with the West does not limit Iran’s military capabilities.
“Regarding our defense capabilities, we did not and will not agree to any limitations,” Rouhani explained and added that “We will do what we need in order to defend our country; with missiles or other methods.”
