A Lebanese news agency published in London reports that Hamas invited Palestinian Authority factions in Damascus to a meeting on the subject of talks between Hamas and Israel. According to senior members of the factions, Hamas leader Mousa Abu Marzouk met with some faction leaders in Lebanon, and updated him on details presented to Hamas within the frameworks of negotiations moderated by Tony Blair.
Israeli sources have not confirmed these reports.
