Golan Telecom has announced that its shareholders are considering offers to either sell the company or to merge with another.
An official statement explained that, "Golan Telecom's shareholders have received expressions of interest in potential consolidations and have submitted a mandate to the investment bank to examine possibilities that could lead to a sale, acquisition, mergers, or maintaining Golan Telecom as independent."
