Guatemala: Former President Will Stand Trial

The Supreme Court in Guatemala approved on Tuesday the Attorney General’s request to prosecute former President Otto Perez Molina, a suspect in a customs corruption case.

The decision will now be handed over to the country’s congress for a vote.
