The Police Department seeks the public’s help in locating a 22-year-old man missing from Tzfat. Yonatan Yitzhakian was last seen on Monday in Tiberias, near a bus station, a towel wrapped around his head. He is 1.70 meters tall, skinny, has dark hair and light eyes.
