Serbia and Kosovo signed an energy and telecommunications deal, thus bringing Belgrade closer to joining the European Union.
The deal was signed following EU-moderated talks. EU Foreign Minister Federika Mogherini applauded the deal and said that “The result represents a significant achievement in he normalization of relations between the countries.”
