Education Minister Naftali Bennett on Tuesday night welcomed the appointment of Gal Hirsch as police commissioner.
"I congratulate my colleague, Minister Gilad Erdan, for appointing Gal Hirsch as commissioner,” Bennett tweeted. He added that he first met Hirsch in the 1990s and added that this he is “a professional and determined person with values.”
