A senior Hamas member is calling for Palestinians to help Hamas take over Judea and Samaria. He claims that the terrorist organization received the mandate in the last Palestinian election, in 2006.
Mahmoud al-Zahar, one of the founders of Hamas, told the Hamas television station al-Aqsa that it is time to change the Palestinian Authority's makeup.
He also rejected former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair's invitation to visit London.
